全书编著者樊启青是浙江万里学院外语学院副教授。曾担任2011年中欧大学生辩论赛副总裁判长和2011年第15届“外研社-中国银行杯”全国大学生英语辩论赛总决赛裁判。2003年起从事英语演讲与辩论教学与竞赛指导工作,是国内从事辩论教学最早,持续时间最长的英语辩论教育专家之一。本书的其它参编者包括:
