根据中国汽车工业协会数据显示,我国新能源汽车销量从 2009 年的不足 500 辆增长至2019 年的 120.6 万辆,2019 年我国新能源汽车总计生产 124.2 万辆,占全球新能源汽车市场份额的 50% 以上。
新能源汽车行业发展迅猛,前景可期,必将造就一批热门的就业岗位。根据教育部、人力资源和社会保障部、工业和信息化部联合印发的《制造业人才发展规划指南》显示,作为制造业十大重点领域之一的节能与新能源汽车,预计到 2025 年新能源汽车技术人才缺口高达103 万。
《新能源汽车结构原理与检修(彩色版)》以新能源汽车的动力蓄电池、驱动电机、整车控制系统三大核心技术为主线,汇集新能源汽车常见的维修作业项目,结合新能源汽车售后服务企业对从业人员的岗位要求等内容进行编写。本书共有 9 个学习项目,层次分明、实用性强。项目一主要讲解新能源汽车的相关概念和基本构造;项目二重点讲解高压安全防护与车辆的安全操作;项目三讲解动力蓄电池结构原理、充电系统工作模式以及常见故障维修;项目四讲解驱动电机、电机控制系统结构原理以及常见故障维修;项目五讲解整车控制策略、高压附属系统及 CAN 总线等知识;项目六讲解新能源汽车远程控制与手机 App 功能操作;项目七讲解新能源汽车特有的电控空调系统、电控制动系统的结构原理与维修;项目八讲解新能源汽车维护作业与新车 PDI 检验;项目九对新能源汽车故障维修的典型案例进行了分析。书后还附有新能源汽车技能大赛案例及评分细则,以便学员了解新能源汽车技能赛项的相关知识。
