| 關於作者： |
|
杨春梅，南开大学国际贸易学硕士毕业，1988—1997年，在跨国公司从事进出口业务工作。2007—2008年，获美国福布莱特基金，赴美国田纳西州立大学进行交流教学和科研合作。赵宏，天津工业大学教授，博士生导师。2006年，获天津市五个一批人才青年理论家。2008年，被评为天津市教学名师，教育部“2008年度新世纪优秀人才支持计划”入选人员。天津市精品课“国际贸易实务”课程负责人。曾主持并完成国家软科学研究计划项目《推动滨海新区“绿色经济”可持续发展关键问题研究》，国家社会科学基金项目《推进自主创新的体制机制和政策措施研究——基于关税效应的研究》等科研课题16项，获中国纺织工业科技进步二等奖，天津市第十一届社会科学优秀成果三等奖等科研奖项。发表核心期刊论文14篇。主编出版专著《可持续发展中科技创新——滨海新区实证研究》1部，教材2部。
