2.Publications in different languages
用不同语言发表
The publication of n translated versron of a paper that has
already been published in Chinese is generally deemed a duplicate
submission if the content is found to be identical or very similar，
unless a journal editor knows that the material has been published
elsewhere in another language and gives the authors permission to
publish a translation. The problem is that many researchers may not
consider publication of the same article in another language as
duplicate publication or as plagiarism or self-plagiarism.
Therefore， duplicate publications of papers in both English and
Chinese or other languages are not uncommon，Authors should check
the journal policy and are encouraged to contact the editors.
将已经发表的中文文章翻译成英文后再次发表，一般来说，将被视为重复发表，除非编辑知道文章已经用另外的语言发表，并授权给作者发表英译件。问题是，很多作者并不知道一篇文章用不同的语言发表将被视为重复发表、抄袭或自我抄袭。所以，一篇文章用两种语言出版的情况并不少见。原则是：不管是否用不同的语言，只要两篇或多篇论文的内容全部或部分相同，都属重复发表。作者应该仔细阅读杂志的方针，与编辑部联系商讨。
