本教材根据外贸业务操作流程来组织教学内容,主要包括九个章节:撰写开发信、询盘和发盘、还盘、确认订单、磋商付款条件、信用证、包装、运输和处理索赔。
基于建构主义学习理论和教学支架理论,根据教学目标、教学内容和教学情境进行每个章节的教学设计。将较难的工作任务拆分为若干项易于操作的子任务。这些子任务在认知顺序和难易程度上逐层递进,前一任务为后续任务提供职业素养、语言技能和写作技能支架,循序渐进地帮助学生完成任务,从而达成教学目标。
