《国际贸易实务英语》是根据国际进出口贸易流程的专业知识而设计的双语教学教材，体现出专门用途英语的特征，把丰富的国际贸易知识与英语相结合，使英语在国际贸易中得到具体应用。随着国际贸易实践发展的需要， 《国际贸易术语解释通则2020》已颁布，为了使教材内容更新及时，不断完善，便于教学，特对本教材进行了修订。全书共分十章，主要内容包括国际贸易概述，国际贸易合同洽谈与签订，国际贸易术语，合同标的（商品的名称、质量、数量和包装），国际货物运输，国际运输货物保险，国际支付，商品检验、索赔、不可抗力和仲裁，国际贸易方式，进出口程序以及相关单据。本次修订在原有框架和主体内容的基础上对部分内容进行了更新，调整了部分章节、更新了开篇导入的新闻，更新部分习题并增加习题类型，达到学练一体，使学生通过对国际贸易专业知识的学习，强化专门用途英语的实战技能。
