请求是日常生活中常见的一种行为。对于请求行为所进行的研究涉及诸多领域，比如语用学、跨文化语用学、社会语言学、第二语言习得、会话分析等。然而，在国内少有学者从会话分析研究视角对请求行为进行研究。本书采用会话分析研究方法，以汉语普通话日常电话谈话中的请求行为为研究对象，分析请求行为是如何发起的、请求者使用哪些会话常规执行请求行为、在发起请求行为的过程中请求者如何构建其微妙性，并基于构建请求行为过程中可视化的微妙性特征对该行为背后隐藏的社会机制进行深入探讨。

刘蜀，女，1986年出生，博士，山东科技大学外国语学院讲师，山东省国外语言学学会理事，从事会话分析、语用学研究。在《现代外语》、《外语教学》、《山西大学学报》（哲学社会科学版）、Language in Society等国内外学术期刊发表学术论文5篇，参与教育BU人文社科项目一项，参编教材一部。
