本书共收录 70 篇单项听力练习，覆盖雅思听力的七大题型，具体分为 Part 1 的填空题、Part 2 的单选题、Part 3 的单选题、多选题、配对题、地图题以及 Part 4 的填空题，每种题型均配备 10 篇练习。题型练习比较适合对专项题型有提升需求的读者。对于听力基础较弱或首次参加考试的读者，笔者建议先做前三种题型。而对雅思听力有一定了解或听力分数在5.5 分及以上的读者，则可以练习后四种题型。本书还收录了 10 套听力套卷，套卷的题目与题型均不重复，比较适合读者在考试前自测。所有听力真题均标明往期的考试日期（少部分题目未查找到实考日期，详情见目录），保证提供给读者的所有题目均为考场真题。

| 關於作者： |
张涛：鸭圈留学考试讲师，又名爱迪老师。本科获得工学与文学双学位，英国爱丁堡大学硕士毕业，持有TESOL认证，雅思听力与阅读取得满分9分。从事雅思教学超10年，曾在新航道、100教育等机构担任雅思教师及教学总监。参与编写《雅思听力词汇17天突破》一书。教学方法提倡“标本兼治”，分数与能力并行。
王辰雨：鸭圈留学考试教研组组长。2013年成立鸭圈留学考试，创立微信公众号“鸭圈留学
考试”及社群类学习产品“21天雅思陪考营”，过去10年已服务十几万雅思考生。著
