本书主要研究关怀品格的内涵及其培育路径。运用文献研究法、系统科学方法和历史分析法等研究方法,在理论溯源的基础上,分析关怀相关概念,界定关怀品格的概念,系统建构关怀品格的结构、特征等内涵体系,分析关怀品格在人、社会与自然三个层面的价值,考察关怀认知模糊、关怀情感淡漠、关怀意志薄弱和关怀行为乏力等关怀品格的现实困境,揭示了家庭、学校、社会、政府对关怀品格的影响,提出自我修为、家庭熏陶、学校教育和社会支持四个层面的培育路径。本书为社会流动加速、网络媒体和人工智能所包围的时代背景下的关怀品格认识和培育提供了重要的理论支撑和实践指导。

沈辉香,博士,现为嘉应学院教育科学学院副教授。先后在江西师范大学获硕士学位和博士学位,2023—2024年为北京师范大学访问学者,主要研究领域包括教育基本理论、德育和教师教育与教师发展等。主持省级科研项目4项,部级项目1项,参与国家级、省部级项目近10项。在《高等教育研究》《教师教育研究》《江苏高教》等报刊上发表论文30余篇。
